REGISTRATION, PLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY 1. Registration & Placement Time Period After completion of registration, the minimum time required to provide a suitable job placement may be 1 month, and the maximum time period may extend up to 3 months. Placement depends on the candidate’s profile, eligibility, vacancy availability, and the applicable selection process. 2. Withdrawal After Interview / Medical / Selection Process If, after or during the Interview, Medical Examination, Documentation, Joining, or Selection Process, the candidate voluntarily backs out, withdraws from the process, or refuses to join for any reason, no refund of any amount will be provided to the candidate. 3. In Case Placement Is Not Provided If, for any reason, RNC Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is unable to provide any suitable job placement to the candidate within the applicable time period after registration, the ₹1,000 Registration Fee will be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded. 4. Refund Request Process To request a refund, the candidate must properly complete and submit the Refund/Return Form. The refund process will be initiated only after the completed refund request form has been received. 5. Refund Processing Time After submission and approval of the Refund/Return Form, the refund may take a maximum of 45 working days to be processed. 6. Important Note Candidates are required to carefully read, understand, and accept the above Registration, Placement, Withdrawal & Refund Terms & Conditions before completing registration. Completion of registration shall be considered as confirmation that the candidate has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
