The Clerk Cum Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining office records, managing store inventory, handling stock registers, and ensuring the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and other official documents.
• 2. Receive, check, and store materials delivered to the store.
• 3. Issue materials and maintain proper records of stock movement.
• 4. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged materials to the supervisor.
• 5. Prepare stock reports, issue slips, and other necessary documentation.
• 6. Perform basic computer work, including data entry and record maintenance.
• 7. Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, challans, and purchase records.
• 8. Coordinate with project staff and other departments regarding material requirements.
• 9. Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
• 10. Perform other clerical and store-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
