The Computer Data Entry Operator / Typist will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data in computer systems. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, and accuracy in handling official documents and records.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
• 2. Prepare, type, and format official documents, letters, reports, and other records.
• 3. Maintain and organize physical and digital files and documents.
• 4. Verify data for accuracy and correct errors wherever required.
• 5. Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
• 6. Maintain confidentiality of official information and documents.
• 7. Use MS Word, MS Excel, and other basic computer applications.
• 8. Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
