Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and passenger comfort in railway coaches, especially AC coaches. The role involves housekeeping duties, assisting passengers, and ensuring the coach is properly maintained throughout the journey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside railway/AC coaches.
• * Clean seats, floors, washrooms, and other coach areas.
• * Assist passengers with basic requirements.
• * Provide and manage bedrolls, blankets, and other passenger amenities where applicable.
• * Check and maintain cleanliness of coach facilities.
• * Collect and dispose of waste properly.
• * Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to the concerned staff.
• * Ensure proper availability of housekeeping materials.
• * Follow railway safety, hygiene, and service guidelines.
• * Maintain professional behaviour with passengers.
