Responsible for assisting customers with Angel One account opening and related services. The role involves customer interaction, document verification, explaining the account-opening process, and providing support throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and explain account-opening procedures.
• * Assist customers with online account opening and KYC formalities.
• * Guide customers regarding required documents and verification.
• * Follow up with customers for incomplete applications or pending KYC.
• * Explain basic account features and available services clearly.
• * Maintain accurate customer and application records.
• * Coordinate with the internal team for account activation and verification.
• * Handle customer queries professionally.
• * Achieve assigned account-opening and onboarding targets.
• * Ensure proper communication and timely follow-up with customers.
