Minimum
1 Yrs Experienced (Banking Sector) SBI mein FOS Collection ek field-based collection profile hai. Is role mein customers se pending loan/EMI payments ke regarding follow-up karna, payment collection mein assistance dena aur assigned accounts ko manage karna hota hai.

Responsibilities

• Customers se pending EMI/payment ke regarding follow-up karna
• * Assigned customers ke regular field visits karna
• * Due payments ko collect karna aur proper record maintain karna
• * Customers ko payment schedule aur outstanding amount ke regarding information dena
• * Collection-related data aur daily reports update karna
• * Payment receipts/records ko properly maintain karna
• * Customer queries aur payment-related issues ko concerned team tak forward karna
• * Assigned collection targets ko achieve karne ke liye work karna
• * Company/SBI ke collection rules, policies aur compliance guidelines follow karna
