IDFC FIRST Bank mein Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager ek banking operations, customer service aur business management related profile hai. Selected candidate ko branch ke daily operations, customer handling, business development aur team coordination mein assigned role ke according work karna hoga.

Responsibilities

• Customers ko banking products aur services ke regarding assistance dena
• * New customers ke acquisition aur business development mein support karna
• * Customer accounts aur documentation ko properly manage karna
• * Branch ke daily banking operations ko handle karna
• * Customer queries aur service requests ko resolve karna
• * Sales targets aur business objectives ko achieve karne ke liye work karna
• * Team members ke saath coordination aur assigned tasks ki monitoring karna
• * Reports aur daily performance data maintain karna
• * Bank ke rules, compliance policies aur procedures ko follow karna
