1. Registration & Placement Time Period
After completion of the registration process, the minimum time period for providing the candidate with a suitable job placement may be 1 month, and the maximum time period may be up to 3 months. Placement will depend on the candidate’s profile, eligibility, availability of vacancies, and the respective selection process.
2. Candidate Withdrawal After Medical Examination
If, after the completion of or during the process of Interview, Medical Examination, Documentation, Joining, or Selection, the candidate withdraws, backs out, or refuses to join for any reason on their own behalf, no amount of any kind will be refunded to the candidate.
3. In Case Placement Is Not Provided
If, for any reason attributable to our side, we are unable to provide the candidate with any suitable job placement within the applicable time period after registration, the candidate will be eligible for a refund of the applicable amount after deduction of the ₹1,000 Registration Fee.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the candidate must properly fill out and submit the Refund/Return Form. The refund process will be initiated only after the completed Refund/Return Form has been received and verified.
5. Refund Processing Time
After submission and approval of the Refund/Return Form, the refund amount may take a maximum of 45 working days to be processed and credited/returned to the candidate.
6. Important Note
Before completing the registration, the candidate is required to carefully read, understand, and agree to the above Placement, Withdrawal & Refund Terms and Conditions. Completion of the registration process shall be deemed as confirmation that the candidate has read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
